On these short-term outreaches, we could play an essential part in the task of missions... just by supporting the local church! By allowing yourself exposure to the mission field, your life will change. You will change. Your prayer-life will change. Even if you are not called to be a full-time Missionary, you will return from a short-term outreach with a new found passion for The LORD, and the lost.
We work alongside the rural Churches in the Easter rain forests of Madagascar amongst the Betsimisiraka tribe. Most of the locals have never heard the Gospel before and we are the first missionaries to set foot in these villages.
We will have to fly in by helicopter as the forestry is too dense to walk in by foot.
